So I was able to get papers from arxiv using the tools. For now it only gets the summary and abstract from the papers and create a report. I was wondering if we can add something like a spacy tokenizer to get entities and search it in the arxiv that way we can get way more results

Yes, arxiv already has its api which can download articles and it should not be too hard. I can create a simple PR for it if anyone wants it

Can we add something that searches arxiv and pubmed articles and then presents the research. I think it would be a great start
