Fail to claim paper authorship and can't reclaim it

Hi Hugging Face team,

I tried to claim authorship for the paper titled " SemiETS: Integrating Spatial and Content Consistencies for Semi-Supervised End-to-end Text Spotting" (arxiv 2504.09966)) but the initial verification failed.

Now, when I try again, it says “You’ve already claimed authorship on this paper”, but the claim was not successful.

Could you please reset the authorship claim so I can retry with the correct email?

I meet the same situation. I tried to claim authorship for the paper titled “PharmaShip: An Entity-Centric, Reading-Order-Supervised Benchmark for Chinese Pharmaceutical Shipping Documents“ ([2512.23714] PharmaShip: An Entity-Centric, Reading-Order-Supervised Benchmark for Chinese Pharmaceutical Shipping Documents).
