Dunjeon must have either deleted his account or got banned. In any case the link was correct until the original model stoped existing on HuggingFace. Ouer quants seam to be the only thing left of this model. I tried seeing if anyone cached this model page but doesn't seam to be the case but I at least was able to confirm it at least existed:

Yandex again saved us as the only search engine that still offers cache:

So while we don't know about the SafeTensors model we at least know that the GGUF uploadedf by the original author contained an empty README.md so it is likely fine to assume that the SafeTensors one cxontained an empty model card as well.
