purposes only and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY

   - Commercial use is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission

   - You may not distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party
   - You may not make the Software available to the public

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   - IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
   - INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

7. TERMINATION
   - This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms
   - Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software

8. GOVERNING LAW
   - This license is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MagistrTheOne operates
   - Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction
