Space stuck at “Preparing” forever — no logs, reset doesn’t work

Hi Hugging Face team,

My Space is currently stuck in a “Preparing Space” state and has been for a long time.

  • Logs: Build & runtime logs never load (they just hang).

  • Factory reset: Tried → has no effect.

  • Pause/Resume: Tried → has no effect.

  • Commits: Even pushing tiny changes (e.g. editing README.md) does not retrigger a rebuild.

  • Hardware switch: Tried changing hardware, still stuck.

  • Secrets: The Space contains important secret values, so I cannot safely duplicate it to a new Space.

It seems like the container/build environment for this Space is corrupted at the infra level and needs to be manually reset.

Could you please kill/recreate the build environment for this Space so it can resume normal operation?
